 邵阳市环境空气质量月报

 

 邵阳市环境保护监测站                  20181111期(总第11期) 

1、城市环境空气质量

2018年我市共有市化工厂、市罐头厂、市一中、市环保局和市水土所五个空气质量自动站监测点,均为空气质量日报点,其中市水土所作为对照点,不参与评价。按照《环境空气质量标准》(GB3095-2012)监测六个基本项目:二氧化硫、二氧化氮、可吸入颗粒物(PM10)、细颗粒物(PM2.5)、一氧化碳、臭氧。

   各监测项目与上年同期、上月的情况比较

二氧化硫:全市月平均浓度为16μg/m3,较上年同期下降56.8%,较上月下降23.8%。

二氧化氮:全市月平均浓度为30μg/m3,较上年同期下降11.8%,较上月上升3.5%。

可吸入颗粒物(PM10全市月平均浓度为61μg/m3,较上年同期下降44.5,

 较上月下降9.0%。 细颗粒物(PM2.5:全市月平均浓度为45μg/m3,较上年同期下降42.3%,与上月持平。

一氧化碳:全市日均值第95百分位浓度为1.3mg/m3,与上年同期持平,较上月上升30.0%

臭氧*:全市日最大8小时平均第90百分位浓度为120μg/m3,较上年同期下降21.6%,较上月下降30.6%

2)环境空气质量日报状况

本月我市空气质量自动站共发布环境空气质量日报30天。空气质量指数在23131之间,达标天数比例为86.7%。轻度污染天数为4天,污染天数比例为13.3%。影响我市环境空气质量的超标污染物是细颗粒物(PM2.5),污染天数中首要污染物是细颗粒物(PM2.5

与上月相比,本月优良天数比例为86.7%,比上月下降3.6%。

与上年同期相比,优良天数比例上升30%,优良天数增加9天,综合指数上升下降2.0,详见表2

2、城市降水状况

我市降水设邵阳市监测站和泉塘冲两个测点。本月市监测站测点降水pH范围为4.334.79 pH 月均值为4.60;本月酸性降雨频率为100%。泉塘冲测点降水pH范围为4.965.84pH 月均值为5.47;本月酸性降雨频率为75%。详见表3

  根据湖南省环保厅下发的《湘环函[2016213号》文,邵阳市环保局2018111日下发的《关于将水、环境空气质量报表分开编辑、出刊、上报的通知》,经请示湖南省环境监测中心站同意后,对《邵阳市环境质量月报》进行改版,分为《邵阳市环境空气质量月报》和《邵阳市水环境质量月报》。《邵阳市环境质量月报》从1985年开始编辑发出,截止201712月共发出388期。
